Food Parks have gone from 0 to the greatest food trend of 2016 to 2017. Some of th best dishes in food parks aren’t the mains but the delectable desserts. Much like Chibi Chibi Soft Serve, the dessert place that sates all your cravings for that sweet yummy treat you definitely deserve.
Chibi Chibi Soft Serve settled in a fairly new food park in Maginhawa, The Station Food Park. You’ll see their store situated on the left side as you ent
er, sporting this cute Korean look of wites and greens that will totally melt your heart. Getting to The Station took a while since its near the end of Maginhawa. We’ve passed a lot of food parks on the way, too!
The food park itself is nice, but Chibi Chibi Soft Serve feels homey and super cutesy. With the greenery design on their signage and cute photos of their products, you’ll surely be drawn to their stall. The Bright and happy feel of Chibi Chibi Soft Serve made me want to visit again and again!
Strawberry Float (Php50)
To accompany my hotdog dinner, I started off with their Strawberry Float. It’s a fizzy drink with just the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess with a beautiful soft serve ice cream on top. Of course, finished with a full strawberry. Can you say WOW!? At Php50, it’s such a steal and what a looker, this drink. The super cute paper straw and flag creates the cutest drink.
Hana Ice Cream Pot Valentine Special (Php100/160)
Initially, I thought that this was soft serve topped with a lot of crushed oreos and a strwberry and sugar flower. It’s pretty and super instagram worthy, but I didnt think it would taste super super goood. You see, the secret is to take a BIG spoonful. Underneath is this moist, delicious, oh so chocolatey brownie. It goes perfectly with the oreo, the soft serve, and the fruit. You can, of course get a single one for Php100 and a double for Php160. Between you and me, I don’t see the need for a single pot. Because I’ll gladly finish two pots by my lonesome!
Taiyaki Soft Serve (Php100)
Chibi Chibi Soft Serve’s specialty! You have to choose from all kinds of different kinds of ends, toppings, fruit, and tops. The best, in my opinion, is to get Nutella, sprinkles, banana, and Peppero! You basically made your very own Banana Split Ice Cream Sandwich, which may basically be the best thing ever.
Chibi Chibi Soft Serve priced all their items more than reasonably. Honestly, with such a great taste, it’s a steal! Everything is below Php200 and the most expensive item on the menu is already good for 2 people! All solo items cost below or equal to 100 bucks. When was the last time you had super good dessert for that much?
Overall of Chibi Chibi Soft Serve
Hands down, this dessert place is a must visit. The only downside is that its located at a fairly new food park all the way across Maginhawa. It’s such a deal, though, with its current price point. And oh so yummy! The drinks are just enough sweetness to make it pleasurable but not too sweet that you can’t have it with other dishes. The desserts are to die for. Balanced perfectly with the taste and texture!
